How do I connect my LaceClips® to my device? Click the bluetooth icon and shake the device to connect

My phone does not find my LaceClips® what do I do? Make sure bluetooth is turned on your phone and battery charged on device.

How do I lock the laces? Refer to the video above

How do I remove the cap? Click the snap by the notch on the front plate

How do I know it is connected to my phone? The light goes on while connecting to my phone.

Can I use without Wi-Fi or cell service? Yes both

How long does battery last? 2-3 weeks

How do I know my LaceClips® are Charging? when the blue light is blinking it is charging. When the blue light is solid it is fully charged.

Where do I see battery life? On the connect screen after connecting via bluetooth

Can someone else use my device with his phone? No, each device is registered to a phone

 

How can I see a specific sports data from my workouts? Top of workout screen gives you option

How do I challenge friends? Visit the Challenge section on the app

How can I see my peak data? Toggle on activity page with your data

How can I stream the live feed data? Toggle when you hit record

Is there a reset button? Yes, press the pin hole next to the USB

My workout did not load. Why? Check your Wi-Fi or cell service

Why are some of my statistics missing? Check that you have entered in weight, height etc.

Can I compare to my friends without subscription? Yes

Where can I subscribe to the pros? View to the pro section on menu bar

 

What is the warranty? 1-year limited manufacturers warranty from date of purchase

What is the return policy? 15-day return policy
