  • What are LaceClips™?
    • LaceClips™ is a smart activity tracker that attaches to your shoes and tracks your fitness activity across multiple different sports. Our patented lace locking technology ensures that your laces stay put so you can focus on the game.
  • Where can I see my LaceClips™ statistics?
    • All your stats are saved to your profile and can be accessed from the web dashboard or the app.
  • How do I sync LaceClips™ To the app?
    • LaceClips™ connects wirelessly to your device to monitor your progress, help improve your fitness & crush your goals.
  • What is the LACECLIPS™ Membership?
    • Each purchase of the LaceClips™ Smart Activity Sports Performance Monitor will include auto-enrollment into the Membership program that grants users full access to the LaceClips™ App. Membership is a monthly subscription with your first month free and afterwards at $2.99/mo. We require a minimum subscription commitment of 7 months. (6 monthly billing cycles) Membership is tied to your account accessible via the LaceClips App. You can only have one email address connected per account. Learn more about our app here.
  • How do I connect my LaceClips™ to my device?
    • Click the bluetooth icon and shake the device to connect.
  • My phone does not find my LaceClips™, what do I do?
    • Make sure bluetooth on your phone is turned on and that the LaceClips™ are charged.
  • How do I remove the cap?
    • Remove the cap by clicking the snap by the notch on the front plate.
  • How do I know it is connected to my phone?
    • A blue light will glow on the LaceClips™ when it is connected.
  • How long does the battery last?
    • Depending on how frequently you use the device, it could last from 10 days up to 3 weeks. 

  • How do I know my LaceClips™ are Charging?
    • When the blue light is blinking it is charging. When the blue light is solid it is fully charged.

  • Where do I see battery life? 
    • View the battery life in the connect screen after connecting via bluetooth.

  • Can someone else use my device with their phone?
    • No, each device is registered to one phone and user.

  • How can I see specific sports data from my workouts?
    • You can view specific sports data at the top of the ‘Workout’ screen.

  • How do I challenge friends?
    • To challenge friends, visit the ‘Challenge’ section on the app.

  • How can I see my peak data?
    •  To view peak data, toggle on ‘Activity’ page.

  • How can I stream the live feed data? 
    • To stream the live feed data, toggle when tapping record.
  • Is there a reset button?
    • To reset, press the pin hole next to the USB input.
  • My workout did not load. Why?
    • Check your wifi or cell service.
  • Can I use without Wi-Fi or cell service?
    • Yes, both.
    • Why are some of my statistics missing?
      • Check that you have entered in weight, height etc. These are used as parameters to calculate data.
    • Where can I subscribe to the Pros?
      • View the ‘Pro’ section on the menu bar.

    • What is the warranty?
      • There is a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
    • What is the return policy?
      • There is a 15-day return window from the date of purchase.
    • Do you have to wear both LaceClips™?
      • No, you only need to wear the one that charges. The other is for uniformity or to keep your laces locked on both shoes.
    • Does your phone need to be near the LaceClips™ to work?
      • Yes, it must be near enough to sync with the bluetooth capabilities.
